laboratory safety orientation THIS course is designed to prepare incoming researchers to
work in a laboratory at the Institute. Issues include laboratory
organization, emergencies, injuries, fire, earthquake, chemical
and radioactive materials incidents, general laboratory safety,
chemical storage, transporting chemicals, preparation for experiments,
electrical safety, mechanical safety and EHS Office services. The video, The
Keys to Laboratory Safety, is reviewed. |
